Eventually, the country of Edora, locked in an unofficial stalemate since the war with its rival across the sea, Mosdrovia, decided it had enough. Fearing that the uptick in unexplainable magics had something to do with Mosdrovia testing new Arcane weapons of war, Edoran leaders created the Blue Rock Office in an attempt to study the phenomena in an organized and official capacity. What they found was Mosdrovia was just as lost and confused as them, they found out that perhaps their aspirations of figuring out the root cause of the high strangeness might be a lesson in futility. However, Edorans had a habit of not giving up, even when things seemed not in their favor. They continued the Blue Rock Office, offering the public the balm that despite the possibly terrifying things that were happening, everything could be explained rationally...
